Employers have an obligation to ensure workers know their rights. The following posters are required to be posted in the workplace if your business is covered by the Employment Standards Act. (ESA), Occupational Health and Safety Act. (OHSA), and Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB).

- A list of the names and locations of your joint health and safety committee (JHSC) members
You must also create, date, sign, post and update yearly, the following written policies.
- A Health and Safety Policy
- A Workplace Violence Policy
- A Workplace Harassment Policy
A printed or emailed copy of the Employment Standards Poster must be provided to employees within 30 days of their hire. (This is no longer required to be posted) It is good practice for this form to be included in your orientation documents.
