Violence and Harassment Training

The Occupational Health and Safety Act. (OSHA) includes legislation to protect employees from workplace violence. Employers are required to address and prevent it, and all employees in Ontario are required to understand and prevent violence and harassment.

Supervisor specific Violence and Harassment training is important because the legislation has an increased focus on employers to actively address and prevent violence and harassment in the workplace. As a manager, handling workplace violence, domestic violence, reporting requirements, and handling employees with past violent behaviours is knowledge you need.
